October 2015 Storm Recovery Program

This Program is intended to repair or reconstruct
Single-Family Housing and Single-Family Rental units affected by the October 5, 2015 flood and
rain event that still have unserved damage.

 

This program is specifically designed to assist the extremely low, very low and low income South Carolinian’s who require assistance in the repair, replacement, or reconstruction of their homes damaged by the October 2015 Storm.

The program expects to serve approximately 1500 low income homeowners with the priority of assistance focused on the extremely low income, elderly, disabled, and families with children 5 years old or younger in the household.

This Program provides housing assistance to the citizens of the following 22 counties:

Charleston
Clarendon
Colleton
Darlington
Dorchester
Fairfield
Florence
Georgetown
Greenville
Greenwood
Horry
Kershaw
Lee
Marion
Newberry
Orangeburg
