Hurricane Matthew Recovery Program

Applications for the Hurricane Matthew Recovery Program are no longer being accepted and construction was completed in 2022. This Program was intended to repair or reconstruct Single-Family Housing and Single-Family Rental units affected by Hurricane Matthew that still have unserved damage.

The program served 1142 low income homeowners with the priority of assistance focused on the extremely low income, elderly, disabled, and families with children 5 years old or younger in the household.
